I had the opportunity to rework the music for a short film, following the guidelines of a storyboard. The keywords that guided my composition were: room, school, dynamic, solitude, stress, anxiety, comforted, trapped.
The word dynamic completely changed my artistic direction. Initially, I had envisioned a more atmospheric and immersive sound, but this word pushed me to explore a different approach, leading me to a deeper musical exploration.
I participated in the CompOccitanie competition in the “music for film” category, where I completely reimagined the soundtrack of an animated film
If you’d like to learn more about the process, I wrote an article about it :
I had an exercice in composing video games music. We were given a video of a level from the game Rayman without its original music.
The objective was to compose our own music for the level that matched its rhythm and atmosphere. I wanted to create something rhythmically unstable, the challenge being to convey a sense of instability while still staying well-aligned.
I’m very pleased with the outcome, I hope you’ll enjoy it!
My participation in Vincent Poirot’s short film.
From the first day of shooting, I was impressed by the atmosphere on set. Everyone was motivated and invested in the project, and this was reflected in the final result.
We all worked together to bring Vincent’s story to life, and the result was beautiful. I am grateful for this experience, which allowed me to discover a new facet of the world of cinema.
I hope to continue working on such exciting projects, with talented and inspiring people like Vincent and his team. Thank you again for this unforgettable adventure.
